OCI transfer for Minor

1. Current US Passport
2. Original OCI Card
3. Old US PP on which OCI was issued
4. Birth Certificate
5.  Proof of address (Parents' Lease copy, driver's license, or utility bill)
6.  2 passport size photographs (2x2, white background). We do take pictures in our office if you would like our service.
7.  Parents' Passports and Marriage Certificate
  - If holding Indian passport, then proof of valid status
  - If US passport holders, we also need naturalization certificate required as well 

 

Processing Time: 4-6  weeks (may be more)

Consulate and VFS Fees :$75

VisaCare Service Charges: $150 per application (If remote service, $250)
