OCI for USA Born Adult

1.US passport 
2.  Parents Indian passport, and Naturalization certificate 
3.  Proof of address (Lease copy, driver's license, or utility bill)
4.  2 passport size photographs (2x2, white background). We do take pictures in our office if you would like our
service.
5.  Parents’ Current (US) Passports and Marriage Certificate 
6. Birth Certificate for US born(Certificate to be Apostiled)
7. OCI Cards of Parents ( If they have)

8.If married: 

            a) Spouse’s passport 

            b) Spouse’s valid status (if not a US citizen)

            c) Marriage Certificate(To be Apostiled if Marriage Certificate issued outside India)

Processing Time: 2-3 months (may be more)

Consulate and VFS Fees: $355 

VisaCare Service Charges: $150 per application (If remote service, $250)
